What does full coverage insurance cover
What does full coverage cover and how much
is full coverage will protect me these are the ongoing questions of seekers. Full coverage divided into 3 categories. Liability coverage, collision coverage and comprehensive
coverage these are the categories in technical terms of full coverage options. Now I am going to discuss these categories one by one.
Liability coverage:
The most primary coverage required by law
in maximum states is the liability coverage which is one of the additions of
the full coverage.
Full coverage is conveyed by a
package which pays for any losses due to cars accident that you are held liable.
The bodily wound liability and property loss liability are added in this
package. Bodily wound liability means the coverage given such medical bills
along with the bills for rehabilitation expenditure, lost time, funeral
expenditure and legal representation. Moreover, property loss
liability conceals the funds required to pay any property damages of other
parties in which you are at guilty.
Collision coverage:
Collision coverage is another element of
full coverage. It covers costs for your car’s repair or replacement
in an accident. It is protection insurance of your car’s when your car is harmed
by another cars or vehicles or other objects due to collision. Why would you
need collision coverage for your cars? Because collision losses are costly!
Collision damages can even cost ½ of your vehicle’s price or in some cases it
could be even more. If you have brand new car, it is reasonable to have this
type of coverage.
Comprehensive coverage:
Comprehensive coverage is also added in full coverage plans. It covers all
things that may occur to your cars except collision. It will cover the values
connected with repairing your cars due to harm and theft. The damages included
would be harm caused by natural disaster (flood, typhoon and earthquake),
non-collision disasters caused by man or animals, such as explosion, fire,
flying objects, riot, vandalism and windshield loss.
